These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Suprplay Gaming LLP (LLPIN ACV-3943), a limited liability partnership registered in India (“Suprplay”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Ludo Battle mobile game, our website and related services (the “Service”). By installing, accessing or playing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and supervises any purchases you make.
2. Your account
- You may sign in as a guest or through a third-party provider (such as Google or Apple). You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
- Provide accurate information and do not impersonate anyone. Usernames and avatars must not be offensive, misleading or infringe anyone’s rights.
- One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, traded, transferred or shared.
- You may delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion.
3. Licence to use the game (EULA)
Subject to these Terms, Suprplay grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and use Ludo Battle on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the game, except where the law expressly allows it;
- use cheats, bots, hacks, mods, emulators for automation, or any software that interferes with the game or gives an unfair advantage;
- exploit bugs or glitches — report them to us instead;
- rent, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the game, its content or accounts;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice.
The game, including its software, boards, artwork, characters, dice, tokens, music, text and the Ludo Battle and Suprplay names and logos, is owned by or licensed to Suprplay and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
4. Virtual items and purchases
- The Service may include virtual currency (such as gold and gems) and virtual items (such as boards, dice skins, tokens, avatars and passes) (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items may be earned in play or bought with real money through the Google Play or Apple App Store billing systems.
- Virtual Items are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, money or anything of value, and cannot be transferred, traded or sold outside the game.
- Ludo Battle is a game of entertainment only. It does not offer real-money gaming, betting, wagering or cash prizes of any kind.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or by the refund policy of the app store you bought from. Refund requests for store purchases are handled by Google or Apple under their policies.
- We may change, re-price or discontinue Virtual Items. Virtual Items are lost if your account is deleted or terminated for breach of these Terms.
- Prices shown in the store include applicable taxes as determined by the app store.
5. Fair play and conduct
Dice outcomes in Ludo Battle are generated by a random number generator. We do not manipulate dice results based on purchases, spending or player identity. You agree not to:
- cheat, collude with other players, deliberately lose or “boost” accounts or rankings;
- harass, threaten, abuse, bully or discriminate against other players in chat, voice rooms, usernames or emojis;
- share hateful, sexual, violent, illegal or infringing content, spam or advertising;
- share your or anyone else’s personal information in public chat or voice rooms;
- attempt to access accounts, servers or data you are not authorised to access, or disrupt the Service.
We may monitor, remove content, mute, suspend or ban accounts, reset progress or remove Virtual Items obtained through cheating or exploits, at our discretion and without refund, to protect fair play and our community.
6. Chat, voice and user content
You are responsible for anything you say, send or create in the Service (“User Content”). You grant Suprplay a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and transmit User Content as needed to operate the Service. Voice chat is live and may be provided through third-party providers; we do not record voice conversations except where required for safety or law. You can mute or report any player in the game.
7. Ads and third-party services
The Service may show ads, including rewarded ads, and uses third-party services such as Google, Apple, payment, analytics and voice providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.
8. Early access and updates
Ludo Battle is currently in early access. Features, content, balance, prices and progress may change, and the game may contain bugs. We may update, patch, modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing. If we permanently shut down the game, we will try to give reasonable notice in the app.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other players. On termination your licence ends and you lose access to your account and Virtual Items. Sections on ownership, virtual items, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suprplay disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or that data or progress will never be lost.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suprplay and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, Virtual Items, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Suprplay harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Service.
13. Additional terms for Apple users
If you downloaded Ludo Battle from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and Suprplay only, not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Suprplay, not Apple, is solely responsible for the game and its content.
- Your licence is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
- If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the game.
- Suprplay, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the game, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property infringement claims.
- You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date, and for material changes we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live, the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
16. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, you may contact our Grievance Officer with any complaint about the Service or content on it. We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
