Delete your account

You own your account. You can remove it — and the data stored against it — at any time, from inside the app. No request form, no waiting on support.

How to delete it in the app

Open Ludo Battle

Sign in with the account you want to remove.

Tap the settings gear

Top-left of the home screen.

Choose "Delete Account"

It sits at the bottom of the settings panel.

Confirm

Read the warning and confirm. The account is closed immediately and you are signed out.

This cannot be undone

Deletion is permanent. Gold, gems, board skins, dice, avatars, passes, achievements, league progress and match history are all lost, including anything you paid for. Purchases are non-refundable once the account is deleted.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in link (Google / Apple / other provider connection);
  • Profile — display name, avatar, player ID, language and settings;
  • Progress — stars, league and season standing, win/loss record, match history, achievements;
  • Inventory — gold, gems, keys, board themes, dice skins, avatars and passes;
  • Social data — friends list, invitations, chat and voice-room membership;
  • Leaderboard entries tied to your profile.

What we may keep, and for how long

A small amount of data survives deletion because law or fraud prevention requires it. It is no longer linked to a usable account:

  • Purchase and tax records — transaction IDs, amounts and dates, retained as long as accounting and tax law requires (typically up to 8 years in India). Payment card details are never stored by us.
  • Anti-fraud and ban records — device or account identifiers where an account was actioned for cheating, fraud or abuse.
  • Aggregated analytics — anonymised or aggregated usage statistics that can no longer identify you.
  • Backups — encrypted backups roll off on their normal cycle, within 90 days of deletion.

Prefer to ask us instead?

If you cannot access the app — lost device, lost sign-in — email privacy@suprplay.games from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". Include your player ID if you have it. We verify ownership before acting and complete verified requests within 30 days.

Other options

Want a break rather than a deletion? You can simply sign out and stop playing — we do not delete inactive accounts, so your progress stays put. To stop marketing messages without deleting anything, turn off notifications in Settings or in your device settings.
